HISTORY

Internet Sound Institute was designed out of a need to educate operators and others about sound systems and operational techniques. The Internet is a valuable tool to provide information to those who need it. The company responsible for ISI also publishes educational newsletters about sound operation. The Internet seemed like the logical next step for educating end-users how to use their sound equipment. The newsletter of the future, so to speak. The articles within ISI are educational they do NOT sell you products. The articles teach you about sound systems and operational techniques.

FEATURES

Library. The ISI Library is a reference source for you. It began as a database of articles written over the years. And it is still growing, as articles are approved, we add them to the library. Also, as we become aware of other educational web sites, a link will be added under Other Resources within the Library. Please browse the subjects and print the articles. Feel free to share the information with others in your organization.

Classroom. The classroom is a NEW, "learn at your own pace" format. All the available classes are listed - articles and exam. The exam is 10 True/False questions, designed to reinforce some of the points from the class.

Book Store. Now in association with Amazon.com! The Bookstore is a resource for you to purchase books, videos, and other novelty sound items. An order form is available for you to print out then mail to us. We do NOT ask you for a credit card number over the Internet.
